Hi,

I got one of the CompUSA bargain bin T815's off ebay for $58 shipped. I got it today, paired with my Q9h, and it works extremely well. I set it up while eating lunch in an Arby's parking lot, and by the time I was done eating, I had it to where it was giving my turn-by-turn directions back to school.

The speed is lightening-fast with the T815 bluetooth GPS receiver, 110% more reliable than the Moto Q9h's built-in GPS.

At any rate, the instructions say that the purchase comes with a "free 6 months of MotoNav online" or something to that effect.

It was my impression that I can use this device without any type of monthly subscription charge like TeleNav through AT&T.

Does anyone know if using MotoNav/T815 requires a subscription after 6 months?
