Well you can set up your own MMS server which is completely legal since you are providing your own server and using it instead of theirs. But the proxy server above is actually legal its only illegal if you are using your providers services in a way that makes it so such as subverting their security so your account doesnt get charged. At least this is the way I interpret the law. |
