If when you say "it keeps sending data..." you mean you see the "2-way arrows" where your service bars are, ITS NOT.
Those "2-way arrows" just mean that your phone is ready to send/receive data...
The only time your Q is actually sending/receiveing data, there will be a symbol of a PDA in your task bar (where the "crosshairs" are when its not).
