I just got off the phone with VZW. RECEIVING MMS MESSAGES DOES NOT COST YOU! Period! TXT/PIX/FLIX does not cost above what ever messaging plan you have. If you are having problems with being charged for PIX/FLIX, you need to call VZW and have them check the usage. They can tell if it was PIX/FLIX or data usage. CALL THEM AND ASK!
What you need to know...when you press the Internet Explorer button on your phone, VZW knows and chargers. When you press the send/receive on your email accounts, VZW knows and charges. When you press send on a PIX/FLIX message, VZW knows and does not charge. CALL THEM AND ASK!
If someone thought unlimited nights and weekends, then he just might need to have his head examined for not understanding just what he was doing. Seriously! YOU need to understand what you are doing. Furthermore, you need to know what you are and are not paying for.
I cannot stress enough that YOU, the consumer, are responsible for knowing what you wireless plan covers.
