I tried to update my firmware using RSD lite v.4.1 from 03.08.00R to 01.09.00R but the re-enumeration process fails at around 7% after the phone says MBM initialization successful. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Edit: The phone just turns off after intializing MBM, this happens with all monster files, verizon, alltell and sprint.
