
So i call directly into customer service for the Employees and let the man know that i am quite irritated for having to call and fix their mistake but i wanted to be honest and let them know i am not an employ he let me know that they do an audit once a month so they would ve found out so this is where i started faking as if i was upset. So I asked what he was going to do for me and it ends up that he does not charge me for the time i have had that last account and also he set me up a new account but free for the first month. So i felt pretty good but was going for more than that but he wasnt going to budge so i simply called customer service back and said what happened and i had decided to go back to t-mobile if it was going to be like this by the end of the conversation i had nights free starting at 6 instead of 7 and also a free 100 minutes on to my account. So even though i don not have unlimited everything for free i feel good about my situation. ANd the honesty paid off
