Forgive my ignorance but whats a "sero" plan? And how did you pull off getting signed up to like this in the first place? I disagree with everyone else. Sprint has screwed us all for a long time, customer service sucks, they attach odd unexplainable charges to our bills repeatedly, hoping we wont notice, and for the most part...we dont! So run with it! What "bonuses are they gonna give you for being honest? NOTHING! claim ignorance and if it comes to it, fight them when they try to take your "gift-from-the- phone-gods" away! Theyve over charged me, billed me for services I didnt sign up for and the latest thing, the kicker if you will, is I cancelled my phone as a modem plan 2months ago (wasnt using it enough and i was an idiot for not researching pda.net on here! Thanks for all the reviews btw guys!) and signed up for a $15 a month unlimited power vision plan,... or so I thought! 2months later and $180 of 3cents-a-kb charges they wont and CANT im told, (cuz of a new billing system being in place now that prohibits them from going back farther than two months?), take off, and cuz they dont have a "record" of me asking for the vision plan that day, just cancelling my phone as a modem plan!??? And then they had to add insult to injury, by saying that NEXT month, they were gonna block my internet connection and contact me cuz It seemed to them like maybe, JUST MAYBE, something was wrong with my plan due to the charges being so outrageous?! So yeah...... I say stick with screwing them PLEASE! (just for me, LOL).
