Some of us with Q9c's have experienced this, myself included. It appears to be a glue issue between the plastic covering and the button itself. It has not affected the functioning of my soft keys as far as I can tell. You could exchange it, but the new one may eventually do the same thing. i've just sort of gotten used to it. |
