I did the same thing once - actually, my wife killed her battery and then "traded" with me on my way to work. I don't have the wall charger at my office. I trickle charge all day long just like Tony and it works fine. That day, the battery was completely dead. I plugged it in and it looked like it was going to be fine (just like you said) but then it went black. I unplugged it and tried again, but nothing changed. So, I left it plugged in and went to my meetings. About 3 (maybe 4) hours later, it was charging normally again. I turned it on and Active Sync kicked in and everything was right again. So, I would say get a charger or be patient. |
