I am pissed because I see that the Simply Everything plan is now available worldwide but when I called Sprint to get it I keep getting hung up on. I tell the rep what I want and they transfer me to someone that hangs up on me. Has happened twice and the website is having problems so can't do it there.  |
That sounded like my exact conversation with the rep today. They try anything to get you to add stuff to your account cause in the long run you get charged more fees for having that second line open.
