I just started using active sync via BT last week (the Kennsington USB micro adapter is awesome btw). once you have the phone paired with the PC's BT, you have to set active sync to look for the comm port that the bt is creating (mine's com7), then open AS from the phone, press the right soft key and select connect via bluetooth.
