Well after having 5 (yes 5 of them) q's , sprint retentions finally is sending me a q9 for all the issues i have had. While i had to talk to a bunch of different retention persons, i finally got a hold of Jackson in the retention dept. Persistance does pay off i guess. He was extremely helpful and very pleasent to deal with, for once. Thank you Jackson in Sprint retentions. Ill have it overnight also. Bout time.
