I have an unlocked yet previously locked for Verizon Q, and I wanted to get the unlimited data plan (my dad is a teacher and gets a 15% discount from verizon) and then using skype to make calls sparingly for cheap. Being a teenager, I text a lot more than I call (I can't explain it, haha), so naturally I don't want a $49 data plan (this is what I bought my Q for; internet access and full qwerty, among other things) AND a $40 calling plan that I wouldnt use often. Can I do this? Has anybody done this? Drawbacks/Etc?
