I took my phone to Sprint yesterday for some technical issues. They told me they couldn't even look at my phone, I couldn't pay the bill, etc. until Friday after the system merge. It's not affecting everyone, it depends on your phone number whne it's merged into the new system. Mine juts happen to be this week. I did a master reset and loadng all my goodies back on, which has seemed to work so far. Your first step is to backup the phone, then do a master reset. That's seems to help for most problems.
Second, on the billing option, I'm paying $199.00 for 1400 minutes for a Q and a Treo. I have unlimited text messages for both phones and the unlimited data plan for both phones, I also have the Pantech wireless internet card. I think my data plans are $10.00 and $15.00 for each phone. I don't use the Treo to go online much, and I got rid of some of the stupid features of Sprint Vision like the music downloads and Sprint TV. It wan't much on their anyway.
I have the insurance also at $7.00 a month. I lost my phone a few weeks ago and called esurance to get a replacement after paying the $50.00 non refundable charge. So, if you loose your phone and pay the $50.00 and then find the phone, you still don't get the $50.00 back. |
