I got this when I tried to log into my Sprint account online.

During this time, you won’t be able to sign on to sprint.com or complete transactions through Sprint Customer Care or the automated voice system. If you send an account-related email to Sprint Customer Care, we will respond after the conversion is completed on February 22nd. But it’s worth the wait
