I don't think that there is a setting that will send callers right to VM, but I could be wrong. Some other ideas would be if you are at work or home, and the phone is sitting someplace without coverage, then it will send the callers right to VM.

I have noticed that even though I get full coverage in my building, when I am sitting at my desk with the phone in my belt case, then for some reason it drops service.

It could also need a restart. I try and restart my phone once a day; for being "smartphones" they are also a little more high maitnence. Two more quick questions: (1) Did you recently install any new programs on your phone? (2) Did you possibly put your phone in airplane mode by holding down the home button, going into wireless manager, and turning off the phone radio, sometimes this can be done if you put it in your pocket without locking the keypad.

Good luck and let me know if you need any other help.
