Hi all,
Great site. I just purchased a Q9M and decided against the data plan, at least for now. I have been thinking about pdanet though, and the ability to use it when I absolutely have to.

With my old phone, a v710, I could use DUN after 9pm and it wouldn't cost me anything. It wasn't fast either, but it was free (1x). I'm wondering if the same holds true for the Q and EVDO. If it's past 9pm can I teather and DUN for free, or will it start charging me data rates at .15 cents /kb?

Until the data plan price comes down I'm thinking I'll stick with just the phone and USB/BT sync. Damn you AT&T for having better plans, and damn all my friends and colleagues for having VZW!
