The contract is being violated by streaming and using pdanet. Sprints contract says you can use your web browser to check your email and view websites. You are NOT allowed to stream any video or audio per the contract. They call it unlimited because if you are abiding by your contract you should never go over a gig. So the contact violation is on the customers end and could be subject to termination. That is why I'm curious how far people have been able to push it consistently. |
