luckily the boss was relaxed about it... the helpdesks and whatnot i call i usually use the Q since i have both hands-free so i can "work" while waiting.. starting today i will use the land-line and speakerphone :}

atleast the boss was cool with it not like it happens every month...
so you did or didnt get a text from verizon saying you were over or did you just decide to check your usage online?
