Check out SplashShopper. It can create any DB you want to create and it has desktop support that lets you sync back to the Q or Q to desktop app. It is a very good app. and I have mentioned it before. Don't let the name fool you, you can create, delete, add columns with ease. I use it all the time. Also have it for Palms and Treo's. Hope this is what you are looking for.
