i fixed my problem.
I had a couple version of outlook installed and it was confusing activesync.
I had to remove out look express threw add remove/programs.....add remove windows components.
I uninstalled office 97
then uninstalled office 07
Unistalled active sync
then
Reinstalled activesync
Reinstalled office 07

now i am good to go thanks
