Make sure you're using outlook and not outlook express
if you're on XP then activesync is fine, if you're using vista you must use the Mobile Device Center
when you say it "says it syncs my contacts" - please clarify where it says this
Are your contacts on the sim card or contacts on the physical phone memory? I do not believe outlook syncs sim card contacts. |
