Verizon does have the black model of the Q. Over thanksgiving I had to send my Q back because of software issues and the new one they sent me wasn't working either. When she was filling out the information to send me another Q she asked me if I had the black or grey model. I had the grey but she was about to send me the black one. Unfortunately, while I was on the phone with her my Q starting working properly...
