Many of us chose the Q because we don't want a touch screen. The JAQ3 is a nice looking device, but I still wouldn't consider one because of the touch screen/stylus. Just know what you're getting before you get it. And, know what is a fair comparison before saying it doesn't measure up. |
Agreed! Everything you have said is intelligent and right on the mark for those of us who know better. Unfortunately, not everyone is as tech savy as you and I. For someone completely new to mobile computing, WM Smartphone looks identical to WM Phone Edition and both are often simply called WM 5.
Who else is going to look out for the less experienced, or worse, the completely inexperienced and quite possibly confused new user who is dependant on the salesperson who probably doesn't know the differences between the phone versions of WM 5 either? Hell, when I first went to check one out the sales guy at Bell told me it runs on Windows. Go figure?
