Have you gotten repeated messages yet? We have gotten as many as 7 repeats on a message already recieved & some from days ago. But your problem is fixable by calling Tech Support. They will have to fix a code that is probably not coded right or not complete, or in the wrong place. You can't go to the retail store for little problems like this anymore, you have to call Tech. But they are pretty good at getting things sorted out. Plus, I would do the PRL update, *228 option 2. Sometimes that helps with problems & you don't have to call anyone!
