It would be helpful if you would let us know what type of email account you are trying to set up. Is it google, or some other POP3 account? I assume that in the email settings, you have verified that the account name and password are correct as well as your send/rec email servier names? The most common issue I have seen is caused simple things such as a misspelling of a server name, or even not putting in your full email account name, i.e. "name" vs
name@domain.com. If using GMail, you need to enable POP3 on your account settings.
