If your company has exchange setup, but does not have the server setup for remote access with a "server address" you will have to convince your company to do some upgrading. This was my situation. We had exchange setup, but only inner-office, so much additional setup was required for everything to work.
Anyway, here is a list of what you need to get for your Q to start fetching/syncing email, contacts, and calendar. - Your IT guys could be helpful by suppling you with the server address, mine is "mail.xxxxxxx.com".
- Our server does require the above mentioned SSL certificate. (It is actually a small file that you most copy to your phone and then run a smart phone certificate install program.)
- Next you need your domain name.
- You probably already know your windows network or domain user name and password.
Hope this helps you out. You will be sooooo happy when you have this all setup and working flawlessly. I love having my Outlook sync'ed between my work desktop, mobile laptop, home desktop, and Q.

Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to synchronize with your current settings. COntact your Exchange Server administrator.

Can you explain what I need from here please. Thanks for the help I have been trying to do this for months and finally making some progress. I am a remote worker with my company and this beats carrying around a laptop everywhere I go.
