Update:
Well after two days of trying to email Sprint through their very unhelpful website (my messages never went through and the website was down half the time) I finally gave up and called last night. It turns out they had one of my three phones coded wrong so it was not billing with my shared minutes. They corrected this, credited the overcharged amount and did NOT make me switch plans. I am happy with this but it also means I did not get the free texting I was hoping for. :-( |
