Have the new 9Qc...followed the directions for transferring photos to the phone but it didn't work...just continues to say it's processing but the photos never appear. Anyone else have this problem?

Also, I cannot seem to figure out how to purchase new ring tones from sprint like I can with my other phone. Are they not available for such a new phone yet? I know the sprint store told us they were unable to transfer the data from our previous phone to the 9Qc because it was too new? Weird.
