I've had my Q since May and have the Sprint insurance plan. Given that the battery life sucks, and half the time doesn't charge, it seems to me that the phone is inherently defective. If I have the insurance plan, and make a big enough stink, I wonder if they would let me upgrade? Anyone know the cost of the 9qc with a 2 yr contract?
