What does "reload your HLR's" mean? He had be go through the "activation" process with my phone again, like I did when I first got it. Then he said he was sending some information to my phone. I saw some numbers and letters flash across my screen as he did this. I don't know for sure what all he did.
I did try changing the settings between roam only, sprint only, and automatic. No luck!
