I'm on the phone with Sprint now. When I dialed *2 it went to the regular menu, it didn't tell me that I needed an update. I'm sure you will be just as surprised as I was that the rep I'm talking to doesn't have any idea what I'm talking about. I'm on hold....
I had tried taking the battery out earlier, but that didn't fix it. I'm still on hold....
Not on hold anymore, she told me to update my vision profile, which I've done a million times. She asked if I've ever been able to access the Power Vision Network on this phone at this location. I explained that yes I have and still can with a 1x connection but not an EVDO connection. She asked what the problem was if I can access the internet. She said she would transfer me to tech support, but hung up on me instead. Yes, I was again surprised.
I'm talking to tech support now....
