Anyone have any methods of getting this corrected, like any cleaning ideas?

My experience with spills on cellphones & my palm was that I imediately removed battery..used air can spray to spray on keyboard and then let the item in question "Q" in this matter, stay unplugged, no battery, on top of several papertowels. Every so often I'd shake & spray air on to keyboard.
I hope it works for you? Regards, abb
