I have Time-Warner cable. They will not allow you to use their smtp server unless you are connected to your cable modem. You can use the Sprint outgoing server to send your e-mails. Set your outgoing server as pop.sprintpcs.com. Select the option to use authentication for outgoing server. Click on outgoing server settings. Select the option to use different user name. Enter your Sprint user name and password. If you have any issues, call Sprint. They can help you with this. |
