racerfan, if your contract is up you don't need to port your number. You should just be able to login to the SERO site & use your existing numbers there to open the SERO account (provided they are eligible numbers).
As for the corporate discount, I am receiving mine with both my SERO accounts and my new monthly bill for 2 phones is $46
