Thanks for the info, I download and installed USB Modem for window and installed with no problems. However when I activate USB Modem on the Q it seems to kill my active sync connection with the phone and the laptop - is this normal? Then when I try to dial out with the new network connection which I created on my laptop, I get "Error 678: The remote computer did not respond". Any ideas?
