I actually called and supposedly had both accounts flagged for the update. I called back from my phone (the Q) and it did the update. I called from my wife's phone (my old 700wx) and it didn't say anything about an update being available. I will check back on her account and make sure it is flagged. Thanks for the info, I really hope that fixes the problem!
Sprint's tech support seems clueless.
