It is made of aircraft grade aluminum with a tough anodized finish and completely lined with soft, protective neoprene. Your Q sits safely inside the lightweight and rigid protective outer cover, held by the secure attachment system on the side and the bottom of the case. User reviews

Poor design, poor quality, Thursday, 03 July 2008 Written by c_entw - View all my reviews - Top 10 Reviewer However, it will double the weight of your Q. With the case installed, you will not be able to use the two soft menu keys nor up on the directional pad. It's design is flawed and does not allow your fingers to get to the buttons on the phone. The belt clip is cumbersome and sticks out way too much. (Over an inch beyond the case.) My clip broke on the first day of use. Poorly designed and build product. Overpriced.

Rugged, Monday, 28 January 2008 Written by CaveMan Motorola Q w/extended battery:I've owned this for 2 months now. I use it with the rear lug removed and carry it in a pouch... The ONLY drawback to this is the start keys are a little tight and the up on the 5-way is almost unusable. I just started using the jog wheel more. There really isn't a better way to design it, given the layout of the phone. Other than that the case is simply outstanding. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. It's had a few 4' drop tests and not a mark on it.

Monaco Case, Tuesday, 08 January 2008 Written by Carolyn Slater This is a very nice - well made case. Fit is just right, clear easy to view screen which protects Q screen from scratches. Keyboard is easy to use with case on and the inside has cushion to protect Q if it's dropped. Belt clip goes on and off easily yet is also secure to hold.
